Katie leads the strategic and operational direction of Scéal Creative. With experience across broadcast television, branded campaigns and commercial production, she combines creative instinct with strong structural thinking.
Organised yet creatively driven, Katie works from a neurodivergent perspective. As someone who is dyslexic, she has developed a sharp ability to simplify complex projects, streamline workflows and find practical solutions quickly. She builds systems that allow creativity to thrive rather than become chaotic.
Her leadership style is calm, clear and people-focused. She believes communication is everything in production, and she ensures projects move forward collaboratively from development through to final delivery.
Ross Bradshaw
Editor & Creative
Ross is the editorial engine of Scéal Creative. An experienced editor with a director’s mindset, he becomes involved early in development to ensure the production is built to achieve what it intends to be.
Working across Irish and international television projects, Ross brings strong narrative instinct and creative clarity to every stage. He often identifies structural opportunities before filming begins, offering creative solutions that strengthen the final outcome.
In the edit suite, he directs through the cut, shaping tone, pacing and performance with precision. His ability to see both the technical and emotional layers of a story ensures that projects are not only well-made, but well-told.
